Office Policies

Our office policy is to provide comprehensive dental care for all of our patients in a warm, caring environment using the most up-to-date, proven dental techniques available. We seek to plan your dental treatment with your needs and desires in mind. Our staff is prepared to help you with all your scheduling, financial, and insurance needs to achieve the result you desire.

Appointments

We strive to see patients in a timely fashion. Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We ask patients to honor the appointment time given to them, asking for 2 business days notice if a change is needed. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing a second appointment without notifying us 2 business days in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but not guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.

We seek to be easily accessible to our patients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns regarding their dental care and treatment coordination.

Preventative Care

Regular dental maintenance is proven to be the most effective and cost saving way for you to take care of your mouth. We use comprehensive examination and x-rays on the initial visit to give us a diagnostic baseline for your future care and regularly pre-appoint routine appointments for continuing dental health.
